Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Shipping & Handling rates
Our shipping & handling rates are calculated by weight* and provided "live" at checkout by our available shipping services for both Australian and international orders.
Should live rates be temporarily unavailable, a backup rate will be shown.
*Weight is the greater of actual weight or cubic weight. Cubic weight is calculated as product length x height x width (m) x 250.
Delivery
Orders will be shipped on weekdays usually within 48 hours after receiving your order.
If you aren’t available to receive your order, the carrier will leave your order in a safe place.
If your delivery address is to a Post Office Box, please collect your package promptly as Australia Post will return your order to us if it has not been collected a week after delivery.
Undelivered orders on return, will be refunded minus the shipping cost and a new order will need to be placed for redelivery.
Customs Duties
For international orders, the customer is responsible for paying any duties payable. Orders which are returned to us as a result of unpaid duties will be refunded on receipt, minus the shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Eligible Returns and Exchanges
Returns must be received within 60 days of the date when the order was placed.
All clothing must be in original, unwashed condition, with tags still attached.
Clothing must be free from make-up, deodorant, and any other stains; smell of perfume or odours of any kind and in new, resaleable condition.
We do not accept items that pose a hygiene risk such as earrings, skin care, lip products or food.
Any items that do not meet these requirements will be returned at the customer's expense.
Return Instructions
Please send your return (including your name and order number) to the return address shown on the postage label attached to your order (either a Dubbo or Broken Hill address will be shown).

Please include:
- your name,
- order number and
- reason for return so we can provide a refund once we receive your item(s) in new condition.
A notification of refund will be sent to the email address provided when you ordered.
Exchanges
Please follow the instructions above for returning your item(s) and place a new order for the item(s) you require at our DocShop online store. You can do this either before or after you receive the refund for your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Item
