Shipping information
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Our shipping & handling rates are calculated (by Australia Post) at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address.
International shipping rates
For international orders, delivery costs will be calculated (by Australia Post) at the checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery address.
Delivery
Orders will be shipped on weekdays usually within 48 hours after receiving your order.
Returns/Exchanges
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase and wish to return or exchange one or more items, please follow these return/exchange instructions.
If there is an error with your order, please contact our RFDS DocShop support team docshop@rfdsse.org.au to arrange a refund or exchange. Please state your order number.
